Title: Me=Proof? and Mod?

So I looked at a VHS to DVD(mpeg) thingie for my computer(convert PD runs into PD proof runs) and it cost $140. That's a lot of money . Now I don't want to spend that kind of money, let alone on something that isn't going to get used very much, so here's what I need to know:

To the people at the top:

Would I be given that right/proof mod capabilities and powers to do this stuff, (or whatever you want to call it)?

If yes, then to the people below the top:

Are you in need of sending tapes for proof?

If you were in need, would you send your tape to me?

Note: I live in Arizona.

Tapes can be faked, as we've seen in the cases of Breckish and Mallow/Kingpin. You have to send your tape to someone we trust. The point of a proof mod is not that they have a capture card, but that they can confirm your times.

well, that's why I asked, because if my services are wanted, or needed, then I won't even bother.

If tapes are faked, we will notice it and if not the quality must be bad and it should not count as proof at all.
