Been a while since I was here last, hasn't it? Anyway, I finally got off my lazy arse(no, I'm not British; I just think "arse" is less offensive than "ass") and set to work on some of my times. These are the ones I improved...

Defection Agent: 0:18(from 0:23...and yes, I used the glitch)

Infiltration Perfect: 8:44(from a GOD-AWFUL 15:14)

And I figured out that using control style 1.2(a.k.a Turok style) actually will make you go faster when speedstrafing! No wonder my time trial cheat records sucked so much. I thought it was possible to obtain the WRs with control style 1.1(the one I use).....proves how smart I am. =)

The only thing keeping me from getting really close to getting the WR for Defection Agent is finding out where in the hell I need to fall to go right into the elevator. I always wind up in the lobby, but now I can fall outside the skyscraper more consistently(i.e. not get stuck so much). The funny thing is, I seem to get stuck more often with Slo-Mo on. O.o

So you took my advice.  Try and catch up with me.  I'm going to jump about 20 or more in rank when they update.  My total time is now under 4 hours.

Look carefully.  He doesn't use the words directly.  I don't really know the rules, but he is probably doing what GameFAQs would call a censor bypass.

Heh...anyway, the only real reasons I haven't done any work at improving my other records are:

1. Haven't written down any fast-time strats(I have a nice fat notebook, but I also have a lazy ass that doesn't want to comply with me)

2. If I start scoring a lot of WRs(yeah right), or just going up in rank really fast, the PDE will likely want proof of my accomplishments. I'd get videos and such online, but I don't have a capture card, and even if I did, I wouldn't know how to use it.

As for people complaining about how much of a n00bie-b00bie numbnuts I am.....well, I'm trying(actually, more like "struggling mightily and failing miserably") to sound less and less like a "mountain man"(if you're in history, you should know what I mean). And I've been having almost no success. =/

1. You don't need to write strats down..i never wrote any down, all you have to do is remember key parts and/or watch the videos once or twice.

2. You don't need a capture card, when you play...just put a blank tape in the VCR (or one with things on it, doesnt matter...) rewind it to beginning, and hit Record.  then if you get a WR (from your times, i dont think you will be getting any soon except duel)  just send someone an email and they will give you the info On who to send your tape to.  then they will do the capture card stuff for you.
