Well, i havent posted here in a while but ive been reading the forums lately.  i was just wondering if any of you guys that are/aren't playing would like to set up a new kind of rivalry. a cheaters rivalry where you can use any cheats in the game.  i could probly set up the page and auto-updater because i have one from a while ago. reply quickly and if enough people want it ill get it going!

PD name eg. "Sim Threat"
2 digit initials
real name(first and last)
color code eg. "#ee22aa"
geocities site with your cheat times on it

This could be fun.... But there might be some proof issues. I know I won't be taping every run I do in Slo-Mo.

What if we have a time, say, Defection Agent 0:06 (no cheats), are we able to add that to our page? (Even though we didn't use cheats)

 - No hoarding for days at a time.

 - Try to post your times on the forum when obtained.

I might play to relax a little since I doubt this could stress me out too much.  

But of course, I do think that the real rivalry I'm in is one of the most exciting ever, but I can enjoy this too.  I guess you gave up since I owned you on Enemy Rockets eh?

Also, I just got PII SA - 1:46.

It seems like you played every level Dark0.  The luck levels are insane in slo-mo.

Also, even with all cheats, I couldn't beat some of my current times.  :lol

I better not put too much time into this.  Maybe like 1 level per 50 points I gain in the real elite.  I want to get into the top 40 this month.  Unless something happens where I'm too busy to play.

It's because you have 3/3/3 for Duel.  The updater only accepts 3/6/9 or @#%$ gets ucked.

well yeah you should just get the code out which does that.
they should have made the program to just ignore people with times under 3/6/9 anyway, not to make the updater get a screw then.

Does anyone have anything superior to this for the villa PA:

take out 3 guards at start, straight to laptop throwing, enter building and exit the other side - take out the regular guy here then scoot back the way you came down to the basement. Press the 2 terminals and punch a guard on your way to the 3rd. Press 3rd, go down kill up to 5th guard. Take out farsight and kill 3 hackers. Bring out R/L and kill final guards for card. exit.

Should yield 110 if good... hm.

Villa PA - 1:16 *you need to throw a remote / (proximity may work...) to blow up the first guard in the room on the left as you enter the basement. He doesn't appear until right after you kill the hackers. This can go below SA IMO.

Best i can think of is watch most or all of cinema, rocket into glass... run fast... no shooting to attract guard at lift (not sure here) shut lift as it opens perfectly... continue. Will that yield your score? If that's the strat... what's with SA and PA being so high? they should be like 1 second higher than A.

now your gonna rape my records but in maian A dont put on invincibility and in the long hallways you have to boost yourself like in WAR! A with the double phoenix, its really not that hard, just luck with the big door lift.

and whats the pelagic II strats, i have trouble with that level for some reason :(

Didn't see the name there David. OKie... we wants pelagic strats. OK:

For all my times i missed the speech skip.
I also did the x-ray scan part first also in all difficulties
straight after that is the gps (and for PA the scientists, which i do before gps)
Then activate the moon pool lift or finish for agent.
Head for the red stairs area.
Go to elvis.
Come back the way you came.

When a) going to the red stairs and b) coming back from the red stairs to the end... use some intuition about whether to go left or right - doors may be open on one side and not on another. I think for SA it's best to go left as you come out of the moonpool room and left as you come UP the red stairs. PA i have no idea.

And yeah i got 258 deep sea PA:(

I'm having trouble getting a fast elvis on PAL... It seems as though ntsc elvis works better for him... just like every other person you need to depend on.

Apparently phoenix boosting works with Joanna. Nowhere near as affective as with Elvis but it saves a bit. Hard to control.

OMG, you guys are weeners. It's the cheaters league, and you can make up yourslef what cheats you want to use. If you can boost yourself with the phoenix, so be it. If somebody can't control it, bad luck for them. You guys need to be remembered that we go for the best times possible, with all aids which are legit to use, and I mean legit in the game, not legit as in it doesn't go in against the "rules".
So if there's a cheat option for phoenix and such you can use it, point.
Also, if you're going to really apply that sad rule (which shows how irrealistic you are), then everyone will have to redo their defection agent 0:06 with invincible. what joy.

I agree david. Boosting takes the fun out of strategy in my opinion. Because all it is is "going faster"... Not making better turns or taking a better route... just plain old faster speed. It's just not fun. It's settled. David and I both see eye to eye i think and we are the main players at the moment.

you guys are really pathetic. want to use cheats and still forbid the phoenix because it "takes the fun out". well then you shouldn't be going for fast times AT ALL, because that's what goes with it. We had to settle with lookdown and do all stuff over, you should be happy you know this pretty much as you start out, so you don't have to redo all with boosting. They didn't insert boosting for nothing. It helps getting faster times. If all what you want is that it is cake to achieve, then go play with your dick until you come, well that's easy. It should be hard to get WRs, they way you guys play, the WRs probably mostly come on first try. That's just stupid. and silly. and uncool. and jerky. and screwed. and full of piss. and anti-fasttimes. and sick. and nerdy. and newby. and n00b. and gamefaqs. and faggots. and upyours.

I think it's very fair to boost yourself whenever you can on PD since you have to do it so much on GE, get boosts from guards anyway, and strafe into the wall so you have top speed coming out of elevators.

I'm so close to 1:16 CI SA... I got 1:17.65 losing 0.4 right at the start and doing the farsighting poorly. Here's the strat:

Start when you can
go fast and be past the "arch" at 29.80
turn the corner at the top and farsight the closest hostage taker upstairs
move a bit towards the hologram room
farsight next closest
move more
next guy
open door
kill final guy
get out R/L and use this to kill the guards in the firing range.
Hear "received" by Joanna, about 4 meters before you pass the "arch" or carrington won't "tell you of the bomb"

Virus needs to upload at 1:08.70 for 1:16... I'd say it's maxed but i could be wrong.
