Alright, I need the following information so I can decide who to send my latest tape to.

-Your mailing address
-How close is your vid quality to Wouter's quality?
-Can you make vids with original sound?
-Do you mind making a lot of vids? (around 20 or so probably)
-How fast do you plan to get the vids online once the tape arrives?

- I'll give you my address in email form when the time comes. I live in New York btw.
- I don't know how good his vids are but I can make pretty good vids. Download some TS2 vids for some up-to-date ones.
- Sound is no problem.
- 20 is fine
- On the day that it arrives, it will be up by the following day in the afternoon.

Although I have to see Breck online in order to have him upload, I can have the vids be accessed via AIM until then. I stay online for all the TS2 vids that people want, so I'll have a special folder named "Bryan's Ownage"...or something along those lines.

What's that I hear?  You can do sound now, Expert?  So you must have upgraded your card from that old Win TV we went with all those years ago...  Unless I'm still missing something, somehow.

Anyways, yeah, send it off to Chris, I certainly can't compete with next-day onlineness.  But before you lick that stamp, I'd just like to point out that what we REALLY need is a reliable North American proof mod who'll not only remain somewhat active in GE and/or PD, but also not be away from his capture card 9 months out of the year.  So, just something to think about, if you have a birthday coming up soon here, or whatnot.

Jon, I didn't update my card, I just found a way to record sound using the audio cables from my VCR and plugging them into my microphone jack in the back of the PC. I think I got the connector from RadioShack, but I don't remember. It has an input for Red/White then output of the small microphone plug.

Actually, my birthday is coming up and I'm upgrading my computer for it. So just tell me what kind of (capture) card to get (a really good one).

One note to whoevr making the videos..

GET THE WHOLE VID CAPTURED.
Including whole intro, etc. you get the drift.
This can be important for some levels, for others where it doesn't it won't be much more for the size anyway, so don't forget to do it, I've seen way to many vids which started like at after 1 sec the run started (if that makes sense).

Please make .wmv if you can, too.

Ok, I think I might send BOTH tapes.  Is that okay with you?  I thought about it, and it would just be better to send them both.  I don't want to risk taping over my good stuff from the other tape.  Besides, I won't be PRing much anymore anyway without playing Turbo or LTK, so I may as well start another tape instead of prolonging it.

Ok, the total vid count, including a few extra things from both tapes, is... 15 from the first tape (one Derek saw) and 37 from my new tape so 52 total. :)   This includes a fun guessing game which I will post the rules once it's online and a few other minor things.
