I find him guilty of putting an NTSC time (Maian SA 2:03, and probably a few more) on his page, which is used in the PAL rankings. Because of that, he's been banned from the PAL Elite.

moore can validate almost every one of them to my knowledge if that's enough, and scrolling proof can be provided along with some of the better full runs... although none of them are that impressive
