While there is some obstruction of cropping in this video cause by the static of the VCR tape, I would not say it's enough to warrent a full backroll. TheLuge should be given a warning for future proof calls and this time should be accepted,

Raw1 is good enough. You can see everything that's going on. You could even argue the flickering is an aesthetic.
