Can someone write down a few diffrent strats going for time?

I'm not planning to do a WR-time, I just want to start with a basic sub 3:00. I heard there some good SAFE strats out there. Post caverns strats, and target time for each strat!

Ummmmmmm, well I was deciding what level to play to PR on, and I got to the screen for caverns 00 and then thought. "WTF am I doing?" as a result, I am still alive. :rolleyes

You could use the "noob" version of the wr strat where you kill every guard coming down to obj B room.
Also destroy the drones at end, Should make it fairly easy to survive.

After 5 hours, 8 people yelled at, 12 things broken, and 4 walls punched, I think Caverns 00 should not be counted for the world rankings. This would make things much happier for everyone.

My 2:11 is fairly safe. A couple hours should get sub 3 mins with my strat and give you a little extra time to kick some ass on the way.
