I once said Bryan is a better player than Wouter, but Bryan not touching Wouters 51 and Wouter even made his own untied 51 to 50.... tells me a lot.

I think if Wouter will keep this up... GE is getting maxed for like 55 levels. :eek

I'll post a few facts.

Both Depot Records were gotten with 1.2.
For both records I did NOT use dot. (was too lazy to install it

)

I like how you can hear the guards opening the gate again on my way to obj A room.

I put music all the way down, seems to be more relaxed playing.

I failed 1 legit 49, and also 1 50 quitout.

It's good to see the real boss of GE playing again. Congrats on solidifying Depot, Wouter. And good job to everyone else that has done WRs in the past months. I've been so focused on PD lately I don't see myself doing this enough around this board.

This reminds me, I've had this theory that lag can be reduced by changing your audio/video settings to ones which use less processor, such as no music. Anyone know more about this?

Not sure about that, but i do know that 99% of my pr's are with the music turned off.

All the people that use music checkpoints will surely disagree about that.

SW: Yeah, I remember a topic about that, but when I found it, come said that offer was only valid until sometime in April 2004.

SW 2: Indeed, while this could make sense logically, the difference is probably negligible. I've been turning music off lately but only because it's more relaxing. One way to look at is that there's no reason why it would be slower, but I dunno.

5:00.00 -3:47:08 = 1:12.92
1:12.92 + .75 (1 guard cinema)= 1:13.67 run, give or take .01+
1-guard cinema add .75
2-guard cinema add .85

I've testesd this many time, its the difference in cinemas is .1, give or take a .01.(thats far too hard to find out.)

So wouter could have gotten 1:13 with a 3:46.75 or 3:46.76 to be safe, based on the cinema he had.

Brandon is right. it is 1:13.66.

lowest known end timer to get 1:14 (thus 1 guard cinema) = 3:45:75
highest known end timer that didn't get 1:14 (2 guard cinema) = 3:45:86 (thus 3:45:87 would give 1:14; but appearantly also 3:45:86 sometimes gives 1:14 still. therefor give or take .01)
difference = 0.12 (.87 - .75)

I had 1 guard intro. I needed 3:46:75. I got 3:47:08.
difference = 0.33
1:13.99 - 0.33 = 1:13.66

I'm still confident, that by the end of GE's life, a new Control strat will be found (skipping B), taking 2 minutes off of each difficulty (seriously). So like 1:09:15 for final GE overall time.

What happend to the "post new vids" topic? Or perhaps my comp is just acting funny after being away for a while.

Well anyways, All my latest pr's are now captured in GOOD QUALITY! No sound though so instead i put some music on them(Frigate SA rules). Also remade B2 25. Runway SA/Streets 00A remakes comin up soonish.
