Interesting way to get a wr...but wtg. Glad to see this level getting some attention. Might want to practice just running up to and shooting at the already exploded 3rd and 4th cameras over and over with invisibility, or if you have an emu save states would be great.

Time lost on messing up these cameras far exceeds that from stucks and such.

The practice comes in just playing out the no-grenade runs... and this one showed that even those runs can result in PRs if the GE Gods are feeling merciful

Looking through your max predictions, Dan, you say that S2 00 can be lowered to 56.....how? Insane cam shots or something? Humanly possible?

Also, don't count on me being the 20th person on getting depot 26, i've stopped going for it (for the meantime). Typo will probably be the 20th person to get it, seeing as he seems to PR with so much ease. And has immeasurably more GE skills than me.

heh first you say 56 which seems like totally out of any world, then you say 127 which seems like breakfast compared to the probable max.

as for shooting grenades from insane distances (blindly), there's no need of a single extra grenade for any of them. basically you'd be able to do the agent strat, shoot at cams while strafing (or perhaps normal running shortly). after getting grenade you hit the first camera as well with the same clip somehow, then do the 2nd and 3rd, then prime the nade and throw it from beneath, giving you a b oost to the 4th camera. then finish. so assuming going in the comms tower and back on track is 4 seconds, and the rest is possible in 52, 56 is feasible.

I just watched Jimbo's Silo 1:34 and Eise's Frigate 1:07 and must say that these two runs are both like... 1 in a million. Jimbo's run is RIDICULOUS for the fact he doesn't get hit. I've never seen anything quite like it...amazingly improbable. And Eise's run... there are infinite potential Frigate strategies, especially with the discovery of the pipe warp... I really didn't think I'd see anyone complete something like this. It makes me think people should still be trying to develop strats.

Did anyone ever resolve the issue with only needing to rescue 4 hostages on SA and 5 on 00? Paragon once failed a 59 on SA saving 4 hostages (with bug throw), pre-pipewarp. And Eise only rescued 4.... Who knows what the hell is achievable on this level.
