A discussion between me and andrew

"Hey Andrew, its never too early to start planning for next year:D

I was going to address a few issues regarding next years meeting.

First, I think the location is ideal for most people, and we'll get many people, however, I, and several others, have said that we'd like to try staying for a longer period (I'd think 5 days would be ideal. Even this year, we were rushing to get the things done we wanted to). If needed, we could have the meeting last a day before or after the major competitions just for people to have fun and enjoy themselves.

Money-wise, we'd be more than willing to go up to $100 for extra food-gas money for an extra few days stay.

As far as cleanup, I've talked to several people, and we would be willing to appoint a "clean-up" crew that would spend the last morning/night cleaning the place (i.e. vacuuming, moving furniture, making beds, picking up equipment, straightening things, sweeping, doing dishes, etc.)

Just a few minor thoughts for now"

I'll discuss with my parents. One thing to note; my parents' basement got water damage during hurricane Ike, believe it or not. So I'm not sure whether we'll have the basement next year (depends on how quickly we can repair it). I will keep you posted.

Too bad about the basement. I'm sure we could rig the projector in another room or so, but the basement is a really awesome place. I guess there's almost like a year until the next meeting (if andrews parents wants us over) and it seems like a long enough repair plan for the basement but I have no idea.
