VotDs
Someone: anti-voting SZ as hard as i possibly can
Someone: SZ hasn't changed his chat appearance in years: WoW, lemonparty, din mor, FV booting. I love it, thanks for staying consistent.SZ has been a staple of the Elite chat for years now, always using the same old din mor and lemonparty jokes. When he's not cracking jokes he's either watching seasons of television shows continuously or playing WoW. While he may not interact with chat a whole lot, he is always there, and there's just a certain charm about him that makes people like him for what he is (or completely hate his guts, based on the first VotD). Either way, SZ completely dominated chat, taking it 19-5. With that kind of win in chat, SZ didn't need a whole lot more support to take this match...although he got it anyway. He also dominated in Europe, taking it 13-3 on his home turf. He also won PD very convincingly 12-4. He was even able to hold Cervone off and actually
win GE 13-11. With solid support from the old, middle, and new school, there wasn't much to slow SZ down in this match. Cervone didn't have a very strong showing, losing all the major categories in this match. He did, however, manage to keep in close in GE, as mentioned before, as well as only losing the ancient vote by a single. He also kept it close in North America, and only lost the newest school by a few as well. The middle school backing SZ was far too strong though, and he comes out of this match with a convincing win.
Durk vs. Henrik
Durk is a guy who you either love or hate...there's really no in between. He is very blunt, and won't hesitate to say something that makes you look like an idiot, especially if you deserve it. With recent activity in GE, and being very active on the boards lately, Durk should be able to draw strongly in this match. At the same time though, like I stated already, it could also draw strongly against him. Henrik, on the other hand, is a top ranked GEer who has not played much recently. He also hasn't been posting a whole lot around the boards, although I'm sure he checks them regularly still. Most of his recent work has come in the form of TAS...although it's hard to say how that will affect voting (although looking back at the Patrik/Jack match, Jack had a strong showing in GE, so it may be very relevant). Durk comes into this match as a surprising 2 seed, and a clear favorite, but don't count Henrik out completely. It would come as no surprise if Henrik keeps this match close, or even pulls off the upset.
