Eh i don't know much about it, but i went to boxing 2-3 years ago and got told when you do exercises, you injure your muscles. When you get proteins they build up faster and gets stronger/bigger, so it might be best to exercise Monday-Wednesday-Friday and put a day or two more in when you've done it for a really long time. But hell i dunno it might not be true it's just what i've heard..

Yes, your muscles can only grow when you allow them to recover from the stress of a workout. And eating lots of protein and getting plenty of rest during that recovery state is the best thing to do to aid your body.

Oh...... I just thought working out on pushups 3days out of 7 sounded a bit too cautious... hmm sounds like 5days running would do more harm than good, I'm glad there were people here to stop me. thanks guys,

BUT im going to try for 4 days out of 7 because 3 days rest still seems like a hell of a lot to me. I'll try it for a week or 2 then if it doesn't work out I will stop and continue on as I'm supposed to but i'll let you know how it works out

I'm a pretty strict every-other-dayer, but I drink protein like nuts (because it's good for you and I'd hate to see all my hard work constantly going to waste!)

Oh yeah, I can do 100 in a row now
