Yeah I should mention that I will have the "stand on corpse rule" though not literally on the corpse but just when you've killed someone you need to stop instantly and stand there on that spot until the other one spawns, you probably need some practice to remember doing this if you're not used to it. If someone moves before the other one spawns your next kill might not count if we find that you gained an unfair advantage while moving, it might be stuff like picking up ammo or going for shelter but mostly if you move close to the spot where the other player spawns and he didn't even get the chanse to spawn yet. Though if you just remain pretty much in the same spot/area where you killed the other player until the other player spawns then it's fine to just go after him by any means necessary, whether he has a gun or not.

I don't know what to do with the levels yet, Facility can suck sometimes since you can spawn in really stupid places there even though we have the stand on corpse rule, caves is dark and ugly dunno, I wouldn't mind B2, Temple I wouldn't miss but someone else might, Egypt I've never played on serious games. I'm thinking of letting each player choose one level per game (one game 3 rounds, first to 10pts, final 5 rounds first to 10pts) and if there will be a 3rd round (if both win their level of choise) then the last round level will be a random one.

Going with LTK.

no oddjob or jaws

and yea only pistols

Players face each other randomly, lose 2 games and you're out, I'm just trying to keep this simple really.

The Spawning rule: Good idea!
Maps: I think Bunker 2, Caverns, Temple, Egyptian and Archives are great levels for tournament.
Mode: LTK
Sight on, Auto aim off
No Odd Job or Jaws: Of course!
Weapon choice: Pistols ( I think Sniper Rifle is a good idea in big levels like Temple )

yea actually I don't know really, Jaws is just stupid, no one should choose him, he hasn't got any particular advantages, most dissadvantages really so if someone really wants to play with Jaws then why not?

Jaws only has an advantage when you play -10. Most players are used to have a set angle at which they make head shots. If they play jaws it means the headshot angle is a bit higher and it would count as a body shot. Same reason Oddjob is unfair.

Might be best for people to start showing up a bit later during the day on friday in case I have a job by then (probably not though

) but if I can't pick you up and you're here early in the morning it shouldn't be a problem since BorÃ¥s isn't very big so we'll get in contact somehow, I'll try to give you all my phone number trough e-mail or aim some time before the meeting.

I think Saturday during midday is the last chanse to show up for the GE tournament, if everyone doesn't show up until saturday I will try my best to delay the competition but I'm not sure how long I'll be able to... I will probably start the first rounds on friday in any case.

Ah this is just great. Had no seriously practicing the last 3 weeks. My friends don't play, played with my little brother, but he sucks. I actually paid some of my friends to practice multi with me, but no challenge to me at all, won like 20-0 20-3 20-2 or something like that.. I have a little sence that this will get ugly.. hopefully my second little brother who is two years younger than me are coming over next weekeend and practice lol..

Ok, train tickets to BorÃ¥s ordered. I'm gonna pick them up monday (11 days before meeting) I'm leaving at 8. Train from copenhagen leaves 11:03 am to Alvesta station. Train leaves from Alvesta 13:44 to BorÃ¥s. Arrival at BorÃ¥s 15:26. Maybe Trent is with that same train in Copenhagen?

Btw i'm leaving BorÃ¥s sunday 13:07. I'm afraid i'm gonna miss watching the finals if it starts at noon or is it gonna start earlier?

So the tournament will be held very close by where I live (yes I have a special place for the tournament now) it's possible to sleep in there, there's a toilet (but you have to come over to my place for shower) and a small kitchen, hmm I think there's a fridge too possibly. If you buy any food I'll take care of it in any case, though like I promised I will give you meals, it should be enough so you don't nessesarily have to buy anything really, though the first day when you come here we will eat in town or in a near by pizza place (my favourite pizzeria) so you will buy whatever you want. In the evening the first day I'll give you something in the evening, I'll give you breakfast lunch and dinner, last day I will give you another breakfast and maybe something before you leave.

I will give you food that I think is good, both taste and good as that it's healthy also in some ways, it will be pretty regular stuff, porridge, eggs, bread for breakfast, rise and chicken for lunch, and a good sallad with some bread in the evening, some icecream too, if you don't like it you can buy own stuff. Though if you can't eat some of the food I give you (because of allergy or so) I will try to find a replacement, if that's the case then I want you to tell me as soon as possible.

Last chanse to enter the GE tournament will be 12:00 on saturday, my friend Dantte is one of those who I want to give a chanse to show up (he's on Gotland, an island of Sweden

)

Oh yea I will also have something to drink ofcourse, though just some juice (mainly for breakfast) coffee... hmmm.... well... water!

if you want something special to drink, beer is fine too or something else with alcohol in it (if you can't handle your nerves otherwise or so) I'll show you where to buy (I don't like any too drunk people to take care of though) and alcohol will probably screw you over anyway, it probably makes you just play worse, and don't even think about any cheap tricks like making me drunk so you can own me in GE

hmmm... and also, Red Bull will be allowed if you need it to improve your concentration or so.

i have to switch trains in malmo from copenhagen, take a train to alvesta, then yea, ill be on the same train as you from alvesta to boras, arriving at 1526. i couldnt get tickets from alvesta to boras at copenhagen h, so ill have to buy those tickets in the 12 minutes i have to switch trains in alvesta. im leaving sunday at 1643.

Also I have a new addition to the tournament, his Name is Timmy, he can't play GE at all though, well he's barely played it before anyway so anyone facing him will be the lucky one

though if it's too unfair to play against him (too easy I might not count that

) I told Timmy that he could pay a visit during the tournament days but he insisted that he wanted to participate also heh.

whoa 150 euros must be cheap if you live in the northeren Sweden, wich i guess is more far away from BorÃ¥s than from where i live and my all my train tickets costed a little more than 150 euros (1300 danish kr)

But it's possible to get there through other alternatives much cheaper. Me going to Axel's place by train costs me around 20 euros but then theres also gas money. Still that way cheaper than these crazy train prizes.

It works in the game, why not in real life? Or just try to destroy the brake units with laser if you think that's better
