We're back again, with some strong contenders to the crown currently held by Come. We've even included some new names to shake things up a little! Here's your 12 Fantasy Studs competing this year:

Oh, and one last note, If Jimbo (or anyone) pulls the same thing he did 2 years ago (dropping all his players before the playoffs), they will receive a LIFETIME BAN from every Elite activity ever. Including meetups in Virginia and hot dog eating contests.

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!!

This season we're going to start a 2nd league, to allow others to play, since we've made the league pretty exclusive to the same people every season.  This new league will be considered as the "minor leagues" and at the end of the season, the top 2 teams in the minors will replace the bottom 2 teams in the current league!  This will hopefully ensure great competition in both leagues and some new faces to liven things up a little.

The big issue with this is we'll need someone to set it up, as I can't since then I'd have a team in both leagues, and I don't think my trophy case can handle any more!  If you're interested in this, get with me on AIM, it will take less than 5 minutes to set things up and we'll be good to go.  If you're interested in joining this league, go ahead and post here or let me or whoever ends up running it know through AIM, and we'll get you on the list.

I talked to Youse, he said he wouldn't be able to make the Draft and so he was fine with sitting out of the main league, but I'm sure he'd like to join the Minors and dominate it to earn a promotion for next year. I'd bet pack would like to join it as well, so that would put us to 3 already.

I like this promotion/relegation idea quite a bit!

I am potentially interested for the minor league.

I was speaking with Come earlier about this. This'll be my first year ever doing fantasy football, and I'll already be doing another league with some friends for about 30 bucks, so I'll definitely want to completely focus on that. Not sure if I can handle 2 leagues at once since this'll be my first year doing FF. However, if there's an odd number of people, I could probably fill the gap if necessary.

Unfortunately my vacation schedule has been playing havoc with drafting lately... Last year I was in hotel ten stories above the middle of Manhattan, stealing wifi off an unprotected hot spot on Broadway for the first half of the draft (they eventually cut me off, forcing Yahoo to auto pick the rest of the way), and this year I'll be traveling through South Dakota on the way to Yellowstone while my selections are made.

Luckily I've devised an ingenious pre-rankings plan that I'm expecting big things from. Very excited to see how this draft will turn out!

And Jimbo, I hereby (for the first and last time ever) give you permission to text me, as long as you're sending my draft results.

Drafters; would any of you with a headset be interested on chatting on Skype for the duration of the draft? It'll be 2am my time and I already foresee problems with me keeping awake for the whole thing, so not only would Skype solve that, it could be a lot of fun too!

Yes, Ngamer put so many guys on his list that autopick didn't grab him a K or a Defense!

Interesting observation wheat, didn't even realize what a trend that's been. Looks like I've drafted... 2nd in 09, 2nd in 08, 1st in 07, 1st in '05, and 3rd in '02. The only streakbreakers were getting the 9th and 6th positions in 06 and 03.

As for the DEF and K, ACTUALLY that was by design. I've seen auto-draft reach way too high to fill those positions time and time again, so this time I put all 32 DEF options onto the Do Not Draft list, then followed that up by putting every single kicker on that list as well.

Overall I'm quite pleased with how things turned out!

Figured I'd post my lineup for one of the leagues for QB, since he says it has the worst fantasy owners ever. Required to have 2 QBs (start 1), 3 RBs (start 2), 5 WR/TEs (start 3), 2 DEF (start 1), 2 K (start 1)

QB: Rodgers, Cassel
RB: Forte, C. Johnson, Slaton
WR: Welker, V. Jackson, A. Bryant, DeSean Jackson, Eddie Royal
DEF: Philly, Dolphins (no points for points given up unless a shutout lol)
K: Folk, K. Brown

Would've liked a stud WR, but all 5 are solid at least.
