- Kill the guard behind the mainframe door with exactly 6 shots, this will lure the two exhaust bay guards as early as possible. More than 6 bullets will probably end up with a laser guard blocking you in the vents.
- While shooting those 6 bullets, rather stick to the right wall and don't run into his little booth. Otherwise you might be too far away from the bay guards to lure both (your position while shooting is important).
- Don't shoot any further bullets and lure the next guard just by watching him (this is what you did). Don't go too far or the approaching bay guards will fire at you, which will delay them.
- When you did everything like explained above, the three guards should more or less arrive in one collective cluster. In your video, one of the bay guards (most likely the more farther one) was late because you shot the mainframe guard with insufficient three bullets.
- For your target times you definitely want all three guards to be in position when you leave for the glass. Use R-lean like you did to further cluster them while waiting, the resulting consistency boost is easily worth the 1-3 second investment, especially on SA/00A.
- Watch videos on how long to stay at the glass. That part seemed ok in your run, maybe stay a little longer. On A and even SA, make sure to pull out the floppy at the glass. Killing the guards is not worth it.
- There is speculation about quickpauses (good idea anyway) and holding speed while waiting behind the wall increasing glass odds, but I don't think anyone can give tangible reasoning for that.
- Even when you did everything perfectly, success is never granted, but with a three guard cluster in position your odds should be really good. A good fail is when at least two guards stand next to each other right in front of the glass.
Have fun
