Yes indeed.  Jon's double or nothing bet on the NHL playoffs cost him his dignity this year.  He agreed that if Team USA lost the 2009 NHL playoff predictions, he would sing O Canada wearing only a towel; but he has yet to pay up.

What should be done elite?

I'm all for setting a date in the near future where, if he hasn't paid up by then, he will be banned from the boards, just like we do for all other eliters who refuse to pay their dues.
