I've vaulted all the collections from NY and cuba and can send you everything that's left. Also, just a tip: after you finish some level 3 tier on NY, go to cuba and try to master as much as possible. You level up very fast on Cuba, then you can go back to NY and finish the last 3 job tiers (consigilere, underboss e boss) with a decent ammount of energy. Personally, I went to Cuba by level 70 or so, and came back to NY when I was 150. The consigilere level 3 mastered gives you a 30 second reduction on your energy timer, the underboss gives 5% (or something like that, I haven't finished it already) on jobs experience and the Boss is awesome: your energy timer is reduced by 50%!!!! I'm working on the Boss right now, after finishing the Consigliere, and it's been a pain, but in the end it's worth it.
After that you can go to Moscow with an insane energy recovery! I live with a friend that is level 600+ and he gave me those tips. At least try to get some level 3 on the last three job tiers on NY, it's worth it.
