Wouter, Randy fell below 10,000 points in September 2007, when he was still @ 1:21:11 for GE. He topped 10k with his recent GE activity, but dropped back under at about the turn of the month. If I had updated sooner he'd've had more points. 
As for David not making the page, that's down to my retaining Jon's rules of the Ranks which've been in place since February 2004. Players need to be in the Top 100, both by Points and by Time, for both games in order to make the page. That is actually written on the page above the Points chart. Before Jon introduced those rules, players who made the Top 100 for both games in either Points or Time could be ranked on one or both charts. Of course, until October 2002 Jon had a Top 75 cut-off in place. 
I kept Jon's final format when I began updating the RAREs in late 2006. I'm happy to change it back to the either/or Top 100 format if people prefer. That'd see Alex, Dan, David and others ranked only on the Points chart, and Brad and Wabs ranked only on the Time chart.
