I kinda wish I was in Packerland as you guys have a great team that could be good for YEARS. Vikes have only 1 more year to do anything. After that it's gonna be hell to even beat the Lions twice a year.

Round Three Weekend Wrapup

Well would you look at that- finally a decent set of predictions! Our faith in the Colts was about standard versus what was seen nationwide, but I'm proud of us for not buying into the Favre hype and keeping the Saints a respectable favorite at home.

Not too difficult of a week... though you'd never know it if you trusted Thingy or Youse! On the flip side Ngamer lead an Army of Ten who picked perfectly in the Championship games. The odd thing about this week though is that of the 7 overall leaders heading in, only 2 went 2/2, meaning a large number of people who'd been doing badly all postseason finally got back on track. Let's see how that shakes up the standings.

So many top pickers flopping in W3 has left things very clear cut heading into the Big Game: with a Colts Championship, frantic takes the ring, but if the Saints win it will instead go to... *sigh* Alec. More importantly, octo ruined his chance at a perfect 0/11 by finally getting picks right, and wheat likewise wrecked what could have been a historic postseason by finally making a good pick.

Here's hoping for an entertaining SB!

* Nationwide: 58% predicting Colts

New Orleans is being badly undervalued in this game, in my opinion. The Colts are a very good team, don't get me wrong, but come on, it was the Ravens and Jets offenses they were dealing with- of course the Saints will look more questionable after having to outgun the Cardinals and Vikings. I think we're in for a better game than people are giving this one credit for. Give me a high scoring, well played shootout that comes right down to the final two minutes.
