It could be Spindizzy Worlds.

I've not played the SNES one but it looks similar to a game I had when I was younger on the Amstrad called Spindizzy where you had to control a jewel around a game world viewed from an isometric angle like in that picture.

Here's a classic from the 1980s, is anyone old enough to remember this one?
