Easy wanted opinions on some of the girls on the current nom block, and I gave them. Saving a copy here to refer back to as we move ahead.

Elizabeth Hurley - Eh... certainly a classic beauty, but it's hard to recommend a 41 year old given their past results. I think she's worth seeing as an In Her Prime, but I wouldn't put a priority on it.
Rosario Dawson - Cute in Clerks II and all, but carries too much baggage in to this Hit It IMO. Doesn't seem to have the look needed to do well in this series... however, it would be good to get a little more non-white representation (she's actually Native American/Irish/Cuban/Puerto Rican, wow), so I'd still go ahead with her. Someday.
Rachel Weisz - Mini-Portman, in Hit It? After seeing what happened to the original Portman, I'd got to give this one thumbs down. Let's see if she can impress us Alba-style in Sin City 2; until then I say we play the waiting game.
Brooke Hogan - Eh, I don't think she has a look that's going to go over well with the Hit It crowd. Still, she's Hulk Hogan's daughter, and we'd at least have the recent FHM spread to fall back on. This could be interesting enough for a go-ahead, assuming a quality gallery can be created.
Lauren Graham - A 40 year old from Gilmore Girls? Sorry, but there's a reason we're "electing" 23 year old bikini models here. A big preliminary no, but I'm going to leave an option open in case she impresses me opposite Steve Carrell in a couple months.
Alexis Bledel - Ah yes, I remember her from Sin City, and I'll admit that she's got amazing eyes. But it takes more than that to succeed in Hit It... I think we've got plenty of better options.
Cristina Scabbia - Eh... she might not go over huge, but it could be interesting to see what Board 8 makes of a female heavy metal singer. A thumbs up here, though not the strongest.
Ali Landry - Former Miss USA, gymnast, and with a body right out of page one of the Hit It playbook? Yes, yes, and more yes. Get here in here!
Alessandra Ambrosio - Brazilian? Supermodel? 25? And looking like that? What's not to like?! Nothing, that's what. Get her in here, and soon.
Anna Kournikova - Meh, Anna's time has come and gone. Sharpy is the new face of women's tennis, and after seeing how poorly she performed, I'd call it a lock that Anna K would fall flat on her face. Would only consider her as part of a Sports Theme week of some kind.
Brittany Murphy - Goodness, what a fascination with Sin City we have here! I realize it was a great movie, but honestly, did any female stand out aside from Alba? I guess we'll find out if half these noms come through... she's got a decent look for Hit It and so I guess I'll go thumbs up, but I'd say to look elsewhere first.
Jewel Staite - Normally I'm against cute girls known only from smaller TV shows, but Jewel is REALLY cute, and I think Firefly might just be the exception to the rule. Almost certainly it won't be, but, she could be worth a shot. Go for it sometime.
Morena Baccarin - Eh... sorry, Jewel's got more buzz of the two from what I've heard, and also appears to have a better selection toward a gallery. I'm not against Morena, but I'd certainly put her second, and would need to see a full gallery before going ahead with her.
Rachel Bilson - Seems I've heard her being nommed plenty lately, and I can see why- she's incredible looking! That being said, I don't know that I've ever seen a sitcom as hated by Internet generation males as The OC... that's bound to hold her back, but so what, she's too cute to overlook. Run with it.
Mischa Barton - Nothing wrong with her looks, but we certainly don't need two OC girls on the nom block and Rachel has her topped in terms of buzz and gallery. Drop her.
Morgan Webb - Three years back she'd have been my top choice of the noms. Currently though, the internet seems to have pretty much cooled on Morgan, and frankly I've never been too impressed with any of her Maxim or FHM spread. She's a big enough name in the internet/gaming culture to have earned her day, so we should certainly give it to her sometime, but I'm predicting a very poor result.
Kim Smith - Heck yes. Unknown enough to come in without much bagage, a model/actress who should have an excellent gallery available, and she's got the build that been a smash hit throughout WYHI. We are go for launch.
Elena Santarelli - Wowza... only problem here appears to be finding enough pictures of this swimsuit model where she manages to keep her swimsuit <i>on</i>. Though she'd almost certainly perform better in a non-work safe environment, she should do well enough in the topic to more than justify having her chance. Thumbs up.
Latetia Casta - This should actually be Laetitia Casta. Between her SI Swimsuit work and all the other modeling she's done, this should be a very fine gallery, and Laetitia is well worth the effort needed to construct it. Thumbs way up.
Aubrie Lemon - She's got the looks... if you can find enough work safe pics to fill a fully gallery I think she'd certainly do well. I think there are some better options out there before we get to her, however.
Sophie Moon - Looks like there's an E on the end of Moon. I've heard her name getting nommed a ton of times now, but I have to admit I'm far from convinced she could be a hit. Girls have pretty consistently been downvoted when their pics start to cross the line from fashion model to porn star, and I'm having a hard time finding anything Sophie where she isn't crossing that line rather blatantly. She might be worth running as an experiment, but you're going to have a heck of a time filling a gallery with quality pics that are still SFW, seems to me.
Callie Caliente - Looks fine, but I'm only seeing a couple of photoshoots here... not sure she's been featured enough to create a Hit It-caliber gallery. Prove me wrong and I'd be fine with running her out.
Salma Hayek - YES. I realize she's older and is too well known, will be coming in with enough baggage that a yes will be very difficult, but she still needs to be represented. Partially you can chalk this one up to personal bias I suppose, as I've been a fan of Salma for years, but that doesn't change the fact that we've been sorely lacking in non-American girls, aside from some decent Asian representation. She'll need an excellent gallery, but I think one can be created. Let's move on Salma, and soon.
Erica Ellyson - Myspace girl turned Penthouse Pet? Meh... she looks fine, but they're a dime a dozen these days, and I'm not seeing a good photoshoot selection here. Give her time to get in a few more magazines and she might be worth a look; as is, thumbs down.
Kelly Erikson - If we're putting in a porn star, I'd definitely start with Sophie. Not sure I'd include Kelly at all, to be honest.
Cindy Margolis - Ah yes, the "most downloaded women on the internet." But come now, that was 1999! I know she finally posed nude for Playboy the other month, but at 41 I think she's past the point where much could be expected of her in this topic. She'd be worth running as a kind of "girls of the 90s" theme, but let's get a 90s classic like Pam Anderson in first before we start reaching for the likes of Cindy.
Chiaki Kuriyama - Uh oh, it's Gogo! Alright, I'll give that she looked cute/sexy/dangerous in Kill Bill, a dynamite performance for so little screen time, but I don't see a single role propelling her to Hit It stardom. A quality full gallery is looking difficult to create, and frankly we're already over-represented with Asians, especially Asians in school girl outfits. No for now, but she can try back after we give a chance to a few other nationalities.
Khrysti Hill - Esther Baxter must be avenged! Alright, so realistically Khrysti's just going to end up in the same boat, but I'm ok with that... a little diversity is always a good thing. Let's give her a shot.
