Tyrants, dictators, muderers, rapists and other sinners have been the bane of human existence for a long time.  There have unforturantely been many real life villains who make anyone's blood boil and pray for their demise.  But who is the absolute worst human to have ever cursed this planet with their existence?

Sometimes I look at birds and wonder "why do they always stay in the same place when they can fly anywhere in the world?"  Then I ask myself the same thing.
