Bet Offer - $1000 with Jimbo for higher rank at year's end

This is a bet I am offering Jimbo.  Whoever is ranked lower, on the points rankings, between him and I, on December 31st 2014 at NOON (because you want to go out and party at night and not grind for last minute PRs) pays the other $1000.00 USD.

I am aware you are working full time.

I will be working this summer, then attending college in September while working part time and coaching hockey.  It seems that our free time for the rest of the year will be roughly equal.

If I were Goose and I thought I was a better player than someone else, I would simply do a one way bet. If Goose doesn't keep a lead over Jimbo by the end if the year, then Goose gives Jimbo $xxx for his accomplishment. If Goose maintains the lead, then he truly is superior and no money needs to be exchanged.

Additionally, you worded this bet horribly. One minute prior to noon, Jimbo could change all of his times to beat yours and pass you on the ranks as noon strikes. He gets $5000 from you and a small timeframe ban from the ranks.

Jimbo has numerous loopholes on wagers, like that one and not paying if he loses.
