Who is the most irrelevant eliter of all time?

Many eliters have left their mark on this community, full of relevance, lasting history, and immortality.  However, many eliters have done nothing and truly could not be more irrelevant.  Their influence here has been less than the ripple a grain of sand leaves in a vast ocean.  But who of these absolute nothings has been the LEAST important of them all?  Which of these men (if you can even call them that) is the most irrelevant eliter of all time?

I was able to narrow the list of biggest irrels down to just three, so it should be fairly easy to compare their feats.  Or maybe anti-feats is a better word.

Kent - Since 2003 has just posted a few random GE PRs to keep him inside the Top 50, without ever supplying a single proof video.  Every time he was about to drop out of the Top 50, he just posted a few more PRs.  He did this until last year, when Axel Z froze his times page.  He hasn't been heard of since.  Clear cheater who has probably never even played Goldeneye.

Chuck - "irrelbrasil" and the subsequent "irrel" was coined after him.  He is the definition of an irrelbrasilian.  There were many throughout the years, but he takes the cake.  I'm not sure he ever got a single decent time, nor posted a video.  From about 2007 onwards, the only thing he has done here is try to troll me on the boards.  Before then, he just hung out with other "slightly more relvant" (if you can even use that word) Brasilians, like... um... wait what were their names?

Stefan - A literal nobody who had done nothing of note at all, ever, until making the accounts "antigoose," "antibieber," etc.  Has pretty much done absolutely 0 ever in the community.  Difficult for anyone to compete with this level of irrelevance.

Kent had plenty of picture proof (lol) and according to Come/Jimbo even a few vids (correct me if I'm wrong). But yeah, by now I guess he should consider himself extremely lucky that he never was banned or backrolled in either game. What's slightly more upsetting to me though is his claimed PD times (all PAL).

according to his wiki page http://speedrunwiki.com/Andrew_Kent - he ran quite a few rivalries and even the rare rankings back in the day. Nowadays his contributions are very much overshadowed by his current proof status.

His Skedar Ruins SA/PA times (especially PA) are pretty good, even more so when you consider they were achieved around 2006-07 ^{[citation needed]}, back when the WRs were only like 2 seconds faster. And he does have a few vids up.
