Objective 2) Neutralize all Ukrainian rebels and Russian agents at the scene
Objective 3) Contact the
Koninklijke Luchtmacht and instruct their arrival on scene
Objective 4) Protect the crash site for 24 hours while the Dutch forces arrive
Objective 5) Distract American agents from entering the crash site until the Dutch investigation is complete
