hi I'm concern man. i couldn't find much through search, so i apologize if this has been covered in-depth somewhere.
it has come to my attention that the goldeneye community is ok with robothands and that some runners do in fact abuse them. i am concerned because i'm not seeing the spiritual difference between something like this, and something like enabling alcoholism or outright crack whoring.
i also don't see how this could be a "slippery pope" of any sort, because there's no procession. "inducing elements should not be wrong". snitches, control schemes, and third world equipment generally cannot be considered as such, but crooked arms, micros/autofire, and controller/console bods generally always have.
again, what it comes down to is that robothands have some special exception... why? (i saw something called "bot", but i'm not sure what that is)
edit: if it not at all helps, i really am trolling and i really do not understand the history behind this issue. if anything, it's better that i haven't so far, as i can't not be seen as coming at this from the point of view of someone who can't not be considered to simply love change... never mind that this goes well beyond "change" at all.
