The road works you are currently undertaking are causing a massive disturbance at my place of business. I manage an internationally renowned architectural practice and we are all unable to actively participate in group discussion with that horrible drilling and hammering sounds coming from outside. Please contact me on my details below so we can sort out this urgent matter.

Regards,

Hello M. Arch,

Thank you for your letter. Unfortunately, I am merely the shift manager. This means I take care of the personnel responsible for building this road on daily basis. I make sure they don't take breaks for too long and provide them with necessary equipment to keep up the productivity. In case of absence of illness, my job is also to find replacements for that day.

The decision to build this road is something I am not responsible for. Please see local authorities and find the right complaint forms to fill in.

If you happen to be around these days, I could give you a tour at the construction site. I will provide you with a helmet. See you at the construction site!!
