You are a doctor who is immune to Ebola.  Simmen6 has contracted Ebola and you are in a remote part of the world with no other doctors around.  He is the only person in the area with Ebola and your medical skills have given you a 100% success rate at treating Ebola patients (higher than any other doctor in the world.)

If you do not treat simmen6, he will die.  Do you treat his Ebola?

The correct play here is yes. Because:
- Even though my success rate is 100%, it would still give me more experience and keep my skills from getting too rusty
- I can always shove his face inside toilets afterwards
