A friend (not me ^^) is getting an NTSC-J N64 soon, so to be really sure I have some easy question for the europeans here. Please confirm or disagree:
1.) An easy and risk-free way of powering the NTSC N64 is just using the standard EU/PAL N64 power supply, right?
2.) One might aswell use the NTSC N64 power supply in combination with a 230V-to-120V converter, right?
3.) The only thing one must never do is plugging (e.g. with a cheap socket converter) the NTSC N64 power supply directly into an EU 230V socket, which would burn the power supply, right?
4.) Are NTSC and NTSC-J N64s electrically fully compatible? (it's 120V vs 100V and some japanese regions have 50Hz instead of 60Hz)
Thanks
