I didn't log the first few questions of this trivia, but the results after 12 questions are:

1. Flicker - 4.20
2. dsx - 1
3. Luke - 0
3. Swiss - 0
3. Green - 0
3. Overfiend - 0
7. Illu -0.45

(Q1-Q4 not logged)

Q5. The name of the Train Engineer from Paper Mario TTYD's Excess Express's is the same as the name of an Eliter. Who is it?

Q6. Alec Trevelyan is right-handed on ALL levels EXCEPT which one?

Q7. There's only one person who carries the same starting weapon as bond in a level. Who is it, and what level?

Q8. The keycard of the scientist that run towards the beginning in Facility has a) what code letter and b) what is the only door which it can NOT open?

Q9. The concept of adding multiple objectives per level was inspired by what game?

Q10. What was the previous name of the Klobb, and why was that name scrapped?

Q11. What level was initially added to GE multiplayer, but later removed due to severe lag issues?

Q12. Zelda was originally going to teach the song of time using this instrument, but it was later scrapped and an ocarina was used instead. What instrument was it?

Do note that in this game, Flicker's result was actually 5.25 points but he donated 1.05 points to various players. Pretty disappointing apart from his performance.

1) Luke, you're correct 2) The reason for not posting answers is to actually encourage people to bother participating in these trivias 3) Aztec Exemplar, you said the same thing about the 2015 predictions thread, which ended up being the best thread of all time in Elite history.

We can't include a spoilers section that includes an answer key? Seems annoying otherwise. End up having to google every answer.

Trivia - 13th December, 2015

1. swiss - 24
2. Trouble - 11
3. Illu - 7
4. Luke - 3
5. Clef - 1.67
6. Eise - -1.5
7. Over - -2.5
8. dsx - -6

Great Trivia this time. Over 20 good questions. Not all are logged, but here are most:

Q. Which metal has the LEAST density?
Q. Where is the worlds largest supply of fresh water?
Q. What is the official language of Australia?
Q. What does ADC stand for?
Q. Which country gave the USA the 'Statute of Liberty?
Q. Where is Notre Dame located?
Q. What F-word is defined in physics as a "nuclear reaction in which nuclei combine to form more massive nuclei"?
Q. What virus did the World Health Organization say would infect 40 million people by the year 2000?
Q. What number does "giga" stand for?
Q. What do you call an angle more than 90 degrees but less than 180 degrees?
Q. Who averaged one patent for every three weeks of his life?
Q. What physicist's last words were not understood because his nurse did not speak German?
Q. What three terms are represented in Newton's second law of motion F = ma?
Q. What sea creature can have an eye measuring 16 inches across, the largest in the animal kingdom?
Q. What's the only metal that's not a solid at room temperature?
Q. What falling fruit supposedly inspired Isaac Newton to write the laws of gravity?
Q. What was the first commercially manufactured breakfast cereal?
Q. What are the two top selling spices in the world?
Q. What instrument is used to measure pressure?
Q. What's removed from water in the process of desalination?

It was fun to see funny things happening on stage this time! dsx was literally idle all the time and a soda can was tossed at him twice, costing him multiple points. Luke used a snipe badge giving him the ability to answer first, but unfortunately he wasn't able to take advantage of that probably because he was concentrating heavily on 1001 Spikes. Some bandits stole points from swiss, but his insane lead still kept him 1st.

Good game, mates. Be prepared for the next Trivia which most likely will happen on 19th December, 2015.

Why does it have to be a difficult trivia? You're a joke. Maybe you don't realise there are other people who aren't as smart as you. Idiot. It's a shame how irritating you have become with your shitty comments over the past year. Complete joke and a disgrace to The Elite.

Trivia - 16th January, 2016

1. Flickerform- 10.25
2. dsx - 10.23
3. AZ - 8.75
4. Lark - 7
5. swiss - 6.05
6. Icy - 0 (transferred his points to dsx)
7. Luke - -2
8. Eise - -2.5

Great trivia in Flicker's chat. Unfortunately due to technical reasons, the questions cannot be posted here. Luke and Eise's constantly idling caused them to lose the audience's support, hence the negative points. Overall a good game. Next trivia will most likely be in Discord.

Trivia - 5th February, 2016

1. SpectreXS 670,750,482
2. Qwec 60,961,000
3. Illu 16
4. wardit 10
4. swiss 10
6. Austin 1
7. TerribleLemon -5
8. dsx -9
9. Luke -10
10. Birdie -1251

Amazing Trivia in Qwec's chat that dragged on for over an hour. Lightning struck the leaderboard and all scores were reset but a top Elite programmer managed to restore most of the scores. As usual dsx and Luke were idle and got attacked by the audience as a result, and Birdie just kept choking simple questions! Birdie thought Teenage Dream was a Taylor Swift song!

Some of the questions.

Q. Why are aeroplane windows round?
Q. What is the name of the song currently playing on Qwec's stream (x2)
Q. Which of the following is NOT a PD WR (x3)
Q. How many GE 00A WRs are untieds?
Q. How much % of GE SA WRs are untieds?
Q. How much % of GE A WRs are NOT untieds?
Q. Name the 3 planets closest to the sun.
Q. Which is the second largest country, by mass?
Q. What is the #1 song currently on the billboard top 100?
Q. The fans of Taylor Swift are known as what?
Q. Q. The producer of the album Teenage Dream shares the name as an Eliter. Who is it?

[...a lot more QS!]

Was great playing mate! Thanks to all who participated.

Topic: Past Eliter forum names.

Leaderboards:

Glover - 18
Lark - 17.6
dsx - 17
Flicker - 2
Ogran - 1
RoTW - 0
Qweczol - -99

Good game! If you're wondering why Qwec did so poorly... well he asked the audience for a question's answer and refused to go with the majority's guess. Turns out this was due to an error on the host's part... oh well. :smirk:

Mate, you need to understand that there are external factors affecting the score as well. This is nothing new. It happens everywhere. And just to let you know - there is absolutely no bias from my side. AceCorp boasts a hard-wired and automatic machine that generates the random luck, which just happened to be heavily against you. I had no part in this.

I hope this doesn't demotivate you from playing further games with us. Our next game will happen at roughly the same time next week, and we're looking forward to having you!

Cheers,

Lark

Mate, are you telling me you've never had a high school or university professor accidentally mark a correct answer wrong? Sometimes these mishaps occur in life. :smirk:
