It almost happened to me once. I was streaming and then when I ended stream, I guess I instinctively turned it back on (since the on button is the same as the off button.) I had pulled my dick out of my pants platonically, as most do when they're just sitting around the house, and my boy TUSR texted me to let me know it was on. Also my chat was still open and a few people were like "omg he's back!" which helped tip me off. Almost literally. My tip literally almost was shown off to the stream.
