After talking to the wife about it, I am 90% in. I am pretty excited after having two years of not being able to go.
The ONLY thing that would stand in the way is if the schedule conflicts with the opening of my second retail store, but June seems too early for that since it is slated for 3rd quarter of 2016.

With that said, I'd be driving the Durango. Seats 7, and has the Nintendo 64 hooked up to the TV in the back. I could pick up Jimbo and others on the way and play some Goldeneye, Mario Party, and Mario kart etc the whole way there. Sure would make for a better drive.

I'd also be available to make airport runs and pick folks up.

I'll move the 90% to 100% in March. I will know more of the year end schedule by then.

guess I should mention it now that I'm doubtful for VA this year.   (presume out unless I indicate otherwise)

Anyway, I bought ultimate werewolf deluxe, night, and daybreak (once used, daybreak is still sealed) mostly to bring to the meet and am now unlikely to attend so if anyone wants one or all three to play at VA and will send some $ over before I throw them on ebay in a couple weeks.  I'd like $35 for all 3 including ship.  All 3 combined cost 45 on amazon + you have to buy something else to get free shipping.  (and ebay prices are slightly higher, in case you were wondering)

Also congrats on your success dan and hope good things happen to all the rest of you.

I will only be able to arrive on Wednesday night or Thursday afternoon and will stay through Saturday.
I can easily drop off the pal set up on Monday if boss or anyone wants to use it throughout the week.

Typically just try to avoid arriving too much later than like 7pm.  In the past, a lot of pickups seem to happen at times like 5pm or 6pm.  But usually the drivers coordinate pickups based on ETA groupings anyway.  The general rule recently observed seems to be that no one arrives at the lakehouse before about 5pm...most arrivals at the lakehouse seem to be in the 7pm to 11pm range.

If you're the guy who is like "my only option is to land at [DCA/IAD/RIC] at 11pm" it's not like you'll be stuck there all week.  Just be proactive in coordinating a pickup (or be prepared to rent your own car, etc.).

Usually the way this goes down is people start booking flights several months out, but the drivers don't need to plan ahead quite as much.  They end up planning their routes so they can make pickups in bunches.  So if you book a flight to DCA, IAD, or RIC that comes in anywhere in the timeframe of noon to 7pm, you'll probably bunch up with others who made the same targets.

Last year we had a few DC pickups, a big bunch of Richmond pickups, and also a group of 4 in DC who rented a car instead of relying on a big pickup.  One time a group of 3ish used a taxi service but I think they would have been better off just renting a car for the whole week.  Also one time we had a guy ride a bicycle from Richmond.

I'm unable to rent a car, and would definitely not prefer to blow a bunch of cash on a taxi. I'm guessing riding with Edeen isn't a possibility for me now?

Hey guys,
Put me at 100%. I am trying to figure out how Boss going would make it tough to pick up Alec at DC? This makes no sense.
Isn't it just me, Jimbo, Amber, and NGamer? Boss makes 5 and Alec makes 6?

If I can haul Myself, Karl, Neo, Glen, and Ryan (and all of our luggage) from DC to the Lakehouse, then there certainly isn't going to be an issue hauling everyone around.

There have been talks about stopping at the sports hall of fame in Ohio, along with me wanting to go to Nintendo New York.
So there are some options, and if other eliters are interested then maybe we can tweek our plans for a bit.

Food for thought:
I can drop everyone off at the Lakehouse and then go get people from DC. If you guys remember 2012/2013, I made several trips back and forth and made sure no one was stranded. (With the exception of leaving early in 2013 and QB being overly generous to pick up the slack - Thanks man, I REALLY appreciated that.)

If there are other people that want to go to Nintendo New York then we can make a 1/2 day out of it and not go there before stopping at the Lakehouse. (It's 300 miles each way, or about 5 hours) So 10 hours driving, and a few hours there.

We have options fellas, and we have plenty of room.
