**Marc & Major Systemic Problems in the Community**

Marc Rutzou clearly states a death threat towards Karl Jobst in this thread.  Look, it's an online community, we all say dumb things; sometime mean things.  But isn't talking about "killing (a community member) with fire" a little bit too far?

This isn't a one off either.  Marc has consistently, since at least 2013, only used this forum to abuse people, demean people, belittle others and make literal death threats on other eliters' lives.  He has brought nothing positive to the community.  Saying "he's good at GE, omg Train 57" is the same argument for why serial woman beater Chris Brown still has a music career.  That shit is literally irrelevant.  Marc is a bad person, an evil person.

I reported this death threat, and admin "Thingy" came into Discord and said "if you keep reporting these posts and asking others to report them, I will ban you."  Thingy later said that "he's not responsible for banning anyone" and the person who bans is "probably Jimbo, fuck if I know."  Thingy later joked about being a "rebel" and "banning anyone because why not."  It's an absolute travesty for an admin to act this way.  This is a completely systemic problem that Marc is continuously allowed to get away with, abusing members of the community and threatening their lives.

We will talk about Thingy and the admin responsible for moderating the forum later, but for now I want to gauge people's current opinions on Marc Rutzou.  I've provided three options.  Please vote and discuss your opinion on what action needs to be taken.

It's in GC, take it with a grain of salt. Marc's not going to fly across the world and murder Karl by arson. We play video games, not overthrow political systems and start rage fires. Calm yer tits.

Try making that post on your college's message board or tweeting it about a group of people.  Saying "it was posted in Gentleman's Club, it's not to be taken seriously" is not a valid argument.

Not everyone is Marc, as we've known about him and this behaviour for quite some time. This is the-elite forum, not a college message board, lol.

Maybe you should stop focusing on being a troll and focus on bettering yourself by other means.

Stop being a cry baby and know the difference between joke expressions and actual call outs / threats. Such a hypocritical thread from a guy who also despises the social justice warrior culture and is pro-free speech.

Marc's attacks towards Karl / Luke etc are beyond chilidish and unnecessary (well, he might disagree on that though ), but if there's a place for them, it's this forum. Unless you want to change the boards' rules, there's no reason to ban the guy, since, like Thingy said on discord, there's nothing illegal going on (although would that even be an issue? since there are a bunch of people smoking weed illegally and underage drinking here).

I voted the second option though, because it's annoying as hell, but has nothing to do with his GE/PD abilities. Just give him a permanent forum ban.

It doesn't matter that it's not a death threat.  It's still an awful thing to write about somebody and it made Karl feel bad.  Unlike most eliters, there are a select few who actually stick up for each other instead of taking every opportunity to kiss Marc's ass because "omg like Train 57 is so good and it literally excuses every negative thing about Marc omg it's 2016 how can u not realize this!"

In all seriousness, it hurts seeing any human suffering mentally or physically to any degree, but Karl has hopefully learned the lesson for all the shit he attempted to give me in the past. I probably did overdo it, but the art of balance is the most difficult to master for a human mind, im still getting better at it.

If Karl feels like bursting out his emotions at me to balance it out a bit, thats cool. Problem solved.

Aw fanny dont worry. I just read something a guy named paul said who never met jesus. He said Jesus died for our sins and that we should totally believe in his interpretion to avoid eternal hellfire. Im totally convinced!! I have finally found eternal rest.
