beside RTA, i've never PR'd on stream

has no effect on me, i think. all of this is just by coincidence.
i've had some great live PRs like Aztec SA 1:36 and Air Force One PA 1:26, got a bunch of LTK untieds on stream too
i got streets 1:13 on stream as a 94 pointer in 2014, was my best time for a good while, but my BEST best times have been off stream.

Coincidentally, most of my best stuff has been on stream, but I still play better on average off stream.

No noticeable difference here. I've gotten a lot of good records both onstream and offstream. I think there'd be a small diffference with RTA, but who streams RTA offline. What would be interesting to see is playing in front of other Eliters. I do think I'd be pretty nervous there and play slightly worse.
