this is how the awards for th end of the 2016 could look like - maybe we can flick an elite logo on them and differed paper can mean different categories

Yeah I just found some random certificate generator online.

Maybe the Elite Annual Awards could mean more of a thing to Eliters if we had trophies or awards on our profile. Just a thought.
