You know, I was originally going to make this a poll but I don't want to restrict people to certain options, all of which they might disagree with. Just like with TIME, I thought it would be a nice idea to have an Eliter of the Year award, whether they influenced the Elite for the better or worse. Could even be a group of people, for example the Kapap Crew or the Trump Cucks. Would be nice if you could provide a brief description on your choice too.

My pick would be Karl Jobst. This guy has done so much in PD it's unreal. Just when you thought the game was maxed, he manages to cut 18 seconds already from the game's total time. But wait - it's not just that. He's discovered so many insane new strats (Maian PA, Maian SA, G5 A, etc) and has developed such an insane lead he might stay in 1st place forever. He's a very witty person (especially in Discord), extremely intelligent and has managed to get crap like WAR PA 0:54 off the ranks, maybe Duel PA too (I don't remember). Sniped Streets 1:11. Has posted videos for those aspiring to become healthy. Numerous other contributions too. BTW, did I mention he's getting a Maian sweep soon? No one has had one in like, 14 years or so.

Yeah see, this is what I sort of expected even though this thread was made well before the award and I was forced to delete it later that day by dsx himself. That award was based on arbitrary votes and limited options but this thread is all-open where people can post their thoughts on who positively (or even negatively) influenced the Elite the most in 2016.

I like to look at things past face value, and there should be more to this award than just blindly accepting the result from of a handful of voters (funnily enough there was no "winner" there either). Your own thoughts would be appreciated and that is precisely why I made this thread!

By the way dsx looks pretty similar to YE. A younger version perhaps. Pretty interesting. :kappa:
