Need new powered AV splitter, what's a good one?

The issues it has can really be shown at the end of the video where I show the stats, the flickering is getting worse and worse.

I see the same thing on my TV, I know it isn't the N64 AV cable either, it works fine on it's own. And I used several different composite cables, it can't be their fault. The splitter I'm using right now is this

It used to not have issues, maybe it just went bad? But is there any other good ones out there I could get for around the $20 range?

This is the one I use, and I recommend it:

Edit: just saw the $20 requirement... I bought a cheap $20 splitter on ebay a while back but it had issues with the white balance and other quality issues. Dunno, it might be worth it to just pay the extra $20 and know you are getting something that works.

Well thank you for just making me realize the white balance issues I've always had with GE were due to the power splitter, not my Dazzle, just tested a direct N64 to Dazzle connection, no white balance issues.

I'll probably spend the extra money for a better one.
