Adding this note as a reminder/update to anyone who does not understand the proof calling process for LTK.

Level of standards for runs worthy of proof have not changed, and they remain:
All DLTK times, 90 points and/or upper half for LTK times, require proof.

The only recent change is that now ALL proof called times require captured videos, as per the updated proof policy.
Previously only world records set in LTK modes required full captured footage, but now, this applies to all proofworthy times. If this wasn't that case, runs such as Illu's Surface 1 LTK 2:11 would pass proof call, but with the new update to the proof policy, it doesn't pass.
