Here's a link to the old, Kapap 2 preds topic. This one is similar.
Here are some of my preds:
- Ace once again fails to wake up in time for the grand viewing. Jono attempts to call him on WhatsApp over 5 times, unfortunately to no avail and subsequently says "fuck it, the dero can sleep if he wants and miss out on all the fun" in scorn. Luckily Ace shows up in the chat, only missing the first the intro, which happened to contain clips of him yelling Marcus Stryker and other double-digit IQ one-liners.
- Setrack also happens to miss the first 10 minutes of Kapap 3, citing the unusual traffic at the McDonalds drive-thru to cause him to get back home late.
- Jono's Aztec Agent masterpiece is shown at the very end of the run. It's not 1:24, not 1:23, but a magnificent 1:22! We experience Jono's disbelief when footage shifts from the endscreen to his live reaction, where he dances around and pulls his Avril poster (shown in the trailer). During the intense countdown, Goose once again reiterates how everyone "sucks at the vents".
- The Luke segment of the video contains various clips from Season 3 of Twin Peaks. Ace, who still hasn't watched it yet, is enraged when spoilers are shown and throws a hissy fit. He goes on a rant about how wrong this is in the Twitch chat until Jono asks him quietly in a Discord PM to "shut up and not ruin the fun", which Ace agrees to do.
- Swiss unveils a bunch of Perfect Dark records. G5 Perfect Agent 0:48, an untied, is the most prominent among them. Nothing special - just a clean, healthy run with a 37 Camspy utilizing the new pause buffering tricks. Other records include G5 Special Agent 0:38 and Pelagic II Special Agent 1:40.
- A short clip of Luke playing TTYD is shown at the very beginning. This "tricks" half of the audience into thinking Kapap 3 is just a TTYD playthrough by Aussie trio Jezz, dsx and Luke, which gives Ace the biggest boner he's ever had in his life. Unfortunately just moments later, footage is shown of the game being tossed into the dustbin, with Luke exclaiming "in your dreams m8".
- Luke achieves Dam 00 Agent 1:55. The run is standard with a 42-quitout style start and a 5:2 basement. There's a small hiccup at the last alarm, but Luke is still able to barely eke out the WR. A bunch of other impressive Luke records are shown, including Frigate 00 Agent 1:04, Surface 1 00 Agent 1:48 and Bunker 2 Agent 0:23.
