Controller Issue
« on: January 08, 2018, 11:01:41 pm »
So I currently play with a Superpad 64 controller, which hasn't caused me issues in two weeks of usage, until tonight. Basically, it's a sensitivity issue, where when I touch the stick it occasionally turns bond either down or to the left at a sudden, quick speed, and only for a frame or two at most. It looks as if I'm jamming the stick in those directions, but I'm just barely touching it. The stick seems to be pretty loose, and I'm not sure if that correlates with the sensitivity, but I was wondering if anyone else encountered this problem in the past, and if there's anything I can do to fix it.

Thats why people only use superpad for 2.x (for strafing) the controller is too sensitive for using it with 1.2, 1.1 maybe would work better but thats a pain in the ass.

You might be able to open up the controller and see if there is any dirt clogging the analog stick.

Alright, thanks for the input. I'll see if I can get inside it, but if the problem continues I might just have to get a new one.
