Potential OOB?
« on: March 22, 2018, 12:11:49 pm »
Hi there, first of all... i dont run this game and only since a couple of weeks picked up some streams and stuff from YT such as Goose and the typical stuff.  I dont even know if this is the right place to post my idea ...so feel free to move this post to wherever i should have posted or not and sorry :3
I‘ve seen the two „known“ out-of-bounds instances and since i dont run this game i cant test my hypothesis myself... however, my question is

„What does the game do if two objects are in the same place?“
I’m probably not the first one to ask this, i imagine.

Both OOB instances (at least known to me) happened while „Bond was close to a wall while a guard was very close to him...“
I know that you can warp doors by changing weapons so f.e. in train scenario -
after Bond warps a door and  „re-spawns“ in the next room to a position >same as a guard, the game may try to solve this by pushing bond one pixel further until there is enough space for Bond because it cant deal with to objects in the same place... i guess technically this could also happen while pressing start animation...

To me it looked like the game didn’t know what to do... maybe this helps you guys but to be honest if the OOB has to do with objects in same place resulting to push you OOB there probably wont be anything to push you back in.

Cheers and good luck to everyone.
