DarkLight93 was considered the most legendary gamer of all time between 2007 and 2012, until people realized it was just a bunch of bullshit made up by a bored teenager.

One of the biggest missed opportunities I can recall is when I decided it would be an awesome idea to film The Cowen Hames Story by driving over to visit for an afternoon and get the scoop on all those world championships. It could have been a part of Elite Lore but it never happened.
