Holy mother fucking shit, nice run! And if I'm not wrong it was like mid 32 (like .6 or so)? Insane dude, good job!! I really can't see where you could save 0.6 or 0.7 seconds there, as your glitch part was smooth, no stucks on guards, doors etc (perpaps a small stuck on Cass door but from what I recall you can't really avoid it).. very clean and solid run. 31 looks out of the reach right now! Congrats!

I dont know Greg, that looked like a high 32 to me. If you watch his other 33 he uploaded, hes only like .1 slower at the part where he goes to the lift, so it must have been high.

The strafing outside was a bit off, also you paused at that door when you could have at Cass, I think that might be faster, but everything else was excellent.

rescue a 1:29

so i had a half an hour vid of rescue runs, with the 1:29 at the end, and i cant edit it/cut off the vid without quicktime pro (lame .mov) so i had to take another vid of the vid playing on my computer of just the 1:29. worst vid quality ever.

i broke my controller shortly after getting 2:21 on sa, and i didnt realize my camera had turned off after filling the memory card. i can easily get the world records on this level, but first i'll need a new controller...and time.

Hmm you left the first lift without strafe, you had a slow first guard kill, then you left the 2nd lift without charging into the door. Other than that, it was a good run.. you also had a very low decimal, so if you just improve those things I mentioned, you'll get 53 easily.

The run itself was pretty hilarious, it can clearly be seen that you're a bit drunkie here. On the other hand, 1:35 isn't a bad time, so I guess you have a lot of potential for better. Good luck with that.

These things really make me feel like playing again myself. Maybe I will sometime soon.

For my quality vid, I use Mac so I don't really think that the softwares I use are good for you! (But I use Premiere for the editing. What can really help the quality is the exporter.) And for the music.. It's music haha! (I know that you make really good quality vids too with Cara (like your Deep Sea 3:10) but if your really interest, I can show you some tricks on AIM.)

I'm really happy if my vid can motivate you to play again! In fact it's your vids that make me motivate to join The-Elite and play PD more seriously this year!

The videos doesn't seem that great of a quality. Some frames are still interlaced which make it seem crappy imo and it seems that the AR is looking a bit weird as well, which could have to do with bad cropping.

I don't mind how Clemens does his videos, and he shouldn't mind unless he is a encoding freak like myself. If you want to read up on the stuff BRIO for your own sake then here's some links for starters:

I've spent way to many hours on perfecting the current avs script I use for encoding speedruns. Take a look at any of my dam runs on thengamer.com/GE/ if you want a preview. My Dam 00A run is probably a good example cause it contains some other different textures rather then A and SA. If anyone is interested I'm willing to post my avs-script later.
