You should still speech skip Joanna's line "I've got a password problem" when doing RTA strat on IL runs, to save some additional seconds.

YES, finally a decent run. I never got out of the blue area alive on good runs, and with a lot of patience it finally happened. Nice to have 84 points on this stage and be done with it, as I struggled so much with consistency on the beginning.

Lol I see that my MBR times are updated I have on my NTSC.
That 1:56 I had before was not a typo, I had that on PAL and I have a very very old scrolling proof from 2008, when I actually just started speedrunning PD LOL.
Somehow I lost my PAL save on my Controller Pak, wanted to show on stream if the 1:56 was not a typo, then I saw the empty files.

Figured I had to do something about it sooner or later despite finding it tedious to play. Glitch parts are okay but that 2+ minutes speech skip...

I had difficulties landing the console before because of low speed. Didn't uncrouch fast enough apparently.

Nah, I didn't pass out for real xD, I mean - I just stared at my screen for a few seconds, that's all.
Same with MBR Cass going next to the ramp on the best run ever, but that time my head not pointing to the TV so I didn't even see that Cass warped after a few seconds, they said in chat.

I just do RTA strat for Defection Perfect Agent. I hate speech skipping for like 2+ minutes and even failing with it so I'm better off with RTA strat. On Xbox I had 1:33 pace once, but that's on Xbox. I think I can get like 1:36 on N64 with a very good programmer. But I let Defection for now, really happy with 1:39.

Good job passing Wabs, Axel. Btw, which strat do you use for Air Base? (I can't watch videos for the next 3 days). Well, compared to other times you have, this one actually seems a bit weak... With WR strat, sub 2:30 paces should happen (yes, I know I have 2:37, but that time is like 3 years old, lol... Or even 4... Of course I get 2:30ish paces, simply have to go for a single completion

). Anyway, good luck, hope you manage to beat me here too
