WAR! A 0:27 :)

Now here's the little twist that I used thinking about how you use the devastator boost across the part where the bridge should be on Ruins.  What I did was aim all the way down using a phoenix and a little more (you can get the cursor to aim a bit behind you) and shoot explosion shells to give you mini boosts given that you run perfectly straight while doing it.  I did this 4 times during the run (3 on the first stretch and one more time after the first 2 turns inside the Ruins) saving anywhere from .1-.4 seconds. (need someone better than me at the game to truly test this)  It's hard to do since you have to look up, look down, look up all the time to make the turns because boosting on turns doesn't really work too well.  I could see the record being 0:26 real soon if someone can get about 10 of these boosts to work nicely AND not lose time by making nice turns + staying on course.  It's possible guys. :)

For CI in general, I used the strafing into wall trick against the right side of the elevators with a right strafe using a combat boost before they opened and changing to left strafe heading out of them.  CI SA 1:30 is very possible using this and acing the hostage rooms.  I'm not sure about 0:52, but that could be possible if you get mad-style boostage from the K7 guards much like I did for my 0:53.

Now for WAR!, it requires using the phoenix explosive shells for boosts by looking all the way down and a bit more (the cursor should be below the center of the screen when shooting at the ground)  Start out with a left strafe, look down and shoot 3 times, reload, and look up slightly and make the next set of turns cleanly much like the lookdown angle used with GE's lookdown.  After the first set of turns, on the straight away with the door on the right, shoot down 3 more times and look up slightly for this right turn.  Again, shoot down 3 more times and look up like normal passing the bridge at a TT of 13:00 or better and 2 bullets left.  Now the first skedar needs to be at the next corner after taking a right so as you change to a right strafe for the remainder of the level and shoot 1 shot, you should kill him and get the mauler without losing speed.  Take the left turn, switch to the mauler with a changed up shot, hug the left wall, and take the next left starting to head away from the left wall so you don't get stuck where the ground declines slightly not getting stuck on any skedar.  Now the door up ahead needs to be open enough so you don't get stuck on the skedar or the door.  TT for being inbetween the door should be 19:70 or better for a chance.  Make the next 2 right turns sharply and hug the right as best you can so you don't get caught on the messed up parts of the wall that stick out.  Make the last right turn and hug the right wall for a little while before making a slight left turn so you can see the skedar queen as fast as possble.  Shoot the skedar queen once you see her at a TT of 24:70 or better to ensure that a 0:26 will be the result.

None of these are taped since I can't tape now, but I should be able to repeat these whenever I can tape again so don't get too exited.

nice run, 2s slower than my best i guess, and a horrible end, lost 2s there.. 2:27 is nicely possible with this strat

BUT i found a new strat, which will surprise u all :)

watch zeeb's 2:41.. and u'll see that he waits the 1st lift for bout 4-5s. but u dont have to... start the cutscene right away, and do the start just like him (personally, i punch the 1st guard). then hope for a fast bitch, and using dragon, kill both guards that are in the tunnel. get disguise and run like a mad cow to the base. the elevator will close at 28 or so. careful with a guard who sometimes appears outside the base, hope to get him inside it. then, just do a good end. to get the 1st elevator, u'll need some insane start, w/ losing time.. in 40 min of play, i got it 4 times. and the end is not hard to do, just do everything smooth.

with this strat, 2:17 is nicely possible. more like 2:20 or so.. god, the PA wr is 2:13 :lol  and paragon has 2:17 on PA! :rollin
