sucram, you freaking SUCK!!!!!!!

I've been going for this 1:31 for awhile now.  I've gotten 4 1:32's now (2 from 50 lasers, 2 from 51 lasers).  One of those 1:32's was a  1:31.95 !  you SUCK!  Well, congratulations.  do you know what decimal you got?  And how long did this take you?

I agree with zeebo there, you suck Sucram! ;)   I was enjoying my 300 points there, but nooooo.  Now I'm going to have torture myself playing there for a 1:31 *groan*  BTW, the Deep Sea SA video will be up tonight, keep checking back to my times page...

Anyway, I decided to play some Villa :)

2:30 Rescue SA :p

My next target is Investigation SA.  See, I figure, screw beating your insain Investigation PA time, I'll just beat you at A and SA.  Those are some nice Villa times.  And Zeebo, the lazers went down at 50.8?, I know I can get 1:30, but I think I'll give this level a rest now.:)

Looks like Karl figured out a way to make Krijy's strat from the PDark leagues work?  Basically, you use the Farsight to shoot out the two canisters that make up the PA objective... so you never have to wait for Elvis.

However, the Farsight doesn't actually have enough range to reach those canisters... so Karl, you'd better do some explaining before I count that time.

Yes, this is true. Only PAL players can do this trick. Me and BDG worked on this for a little over an hour mapping out the whole level of deep sea and where agent, sa, and the pa maps would be located. It seems that NTSC users can not see far enough, where as the PAL players have the level situated differently. Well, if you still don't believe him, he got it on tape. So if Wes would want to put his vid of it online :) , that would be great.

yes I have got it all on tape.

I got elvis to the teleporter room at 1:03 and I went through the 2nd teleport at around 2:25.

I used the farsight to zoom into those things to blow them up, I don't know why it isn't possible on ntsc but you have to find the exact spot to stand and look.

Also on Special agent, it is possible to destroy ONE cannister on PAL. One cannister alone. but I haven't yet fond a way to zoom into the other cannister. I've tried stand near the cannisters and looking for places you could zoom for but I only found the tunnel you stand in on agent, I'll keep looking though.

Well I will speak for EG on this one, we all thought that one guy's video was fake because we all tried it and had no luck.  But then EG told a PAL player (SIm Threat) to try is and viola.

Me and EG did spend around an hour last night mapping the level and looking where everything was placed.  After he got off I spent a good nother hour looking through it, I figure my map is wrong, I have the pa part placed completly incorrect on my map. I will continue trying a few new things when I draw a new map.  I do have a video showing everything an NTSC player can see of the PA level.  I'll upload it to my site soon.

Yeah, well, both Snap and Paragon know that I almost got a 1:43 Extraction PA on tape, but Dr. Caroll died. I still have the finished run (but incomplete mission status) on tape, though. And that's why I hate PD. :)

These new WR's take us under 1:49:00 in total time!  We just broke 1:50:00 less than 2 weeks ago.  20 of those seconds were from the new Deep Sea discovery, but still one minute in 12 days is pretty damn good :rollin

the best I've gotten is 26.45 on agent. I think my WR run was 26.61, and I ended up with 58.33, without pushing the pres a lot. Yeah 57 is possible

Look back at the very first post (which I finally fixed a spelling error in :) ), I was surprised to see that we didn't even have a total world record time put up back then, I had completely forgotten.  Another thing the Elite can thank me for ;)

Yeah, it turns out that level is remarkably easy.  2 tries without playing it in like a month got me that WR.  That run sucked too.  Shoulda been a 2:17, assuming i was somewhat fresh with the level.




I don't feel the need for a HQ version, b/c this level is so easy.

cutscene at 52.95.  I pushed him horrid at the end, but I'm not complaining.

The funniest thing is, it took longer to set up the level than to get this record today.  First time I set it up like you do for agent (got confused), but the elevator went ALL the way down, then ALL the way to where I was, then to the top.  Next time I went to set it up, I bounced off the lasers madstyle, b/c I was trying to do something crazy there, but third time was the charm...woohooo, I finally set it up.  Then I got this record in like 3 runs.

Fortunately, I don't really care if people try to be assholes online. I'm not about to start a fight on the message boards just because someone calls me a liar or thinks I'm Perect Die or whatever other crap. Sometimes I do lose my temper, but usually that's because I had a shitty day or if something REALLY pisses me off. Usually I try to avoid conflict, it's pointless anyway. Like Killmaster, he said he KNEW I was a liar or whatever, and Perfect Die, who I just don't get, or you, hating me because I took your Crash Site records... I'm not botherd by it too much, though it can be annoying sometimes. I think the only time I said something 'bad' about someone was when I called Perfect Die a f*cking retard or something, but he went just way over the line

I know this is off the topic,but I looked thrugh some old mails,and I read one that I had wrote to Wes,ONE DAY AFTER I GOT PD!     I asked him if there were any differences between PAL and NTSC,because I had seen a video of Defection that Wes made.  And I thought I was faster than his video,and still he got a better time.  But Wes said that there werent any differences.
