my favourite part about all these new MBR WR vids is how when you get into the pivotal ladder room with Cassandra, you can't see anything.

Just a heads up to anyone with 'OMG I CANT SEE' brightness on their NTSC (works for GE and PD I believe): in amarec, go into 'Graph 1(Device)' -> Device Setting [of your Dazzle or GV or Whatevs] and change the NTSC_M video decoder to NTSC_M_J.

Here's the difference (default brightness/video enhancements):

NTSC_M_J

Sure, it's in control: but test it yourself. It's just... much easier for viewing.

In case it doesnt work (or you have to select PAL_M / PAL60 like me), go to "Video Proc Amp" and increase brightness and contrast by the same proportion. (or do this in the video editor itself)

You provided very sub-adequate proof for your first Depot Agent 0:24. You KNEW it wasn't acceptable, yet posted it anyways. A-la Control 356/404, if you give unacceptable proof, POOF it goes.

Trent hasn't provided proof yet, but as far as the 114 goes, he has 48 hours since he posted the PR to provide adequate proof. If not, it gets backrolled. If you had duped 24 and not provided proof until you'd gotten that good vid you have now, the same opportunity would have been provided for you (48 hours) to give good proof.

TL;DR:

Get rekt and stop being salty.

From the proof policy...

"You are not able to have a record on the rankings if it involves a new strategy discovery, until there is a video and proper explanation of said strategy made public for everyone to access. For example, if you claim a new strategy that skips Trev's speech entirely on Statue, and claim a 2:10, you are not able to have that time ranked until you have a video of it and an explanation on how to perform the new strategy made public. While discouraged, hoarding a new strategy is allowed so that you can keep it to yourself and keep playing until you obtain an untied world record or otherwise personally significant record. However said record will not be ranked until a video and explanation are made public."

Proof mods, unless you think Trent is beating me and boss by 2/3 seconds on every difficulty using the same strat, please remove these times unless the new strat is posted.

Congrats to Trent if he did find something new.

However me and Boss have been playing very hard (a lot of hours a day) playing the level and we always get vids up straight away when we get a new WR.

It's not fair to us (or anyone else who played the level a lot) for someone to be able to post untied WR's using new strats that I'm not aware of, without videos or explanations or anything. That's why it's in the policy.
