Here's the whole strategy...
Start off, pause, superdragon grenades (don't worry about night vision, explosions = bright), kill first two guards if you want, explode through blue things, head up to lift, shoot a grenade as you pass by blue things (usually goes through floor though)
Get in lift, snipe ladies (7 total, I think), should be near top of lift...open door from behind, get out Xray, as lift opens run to computer and press it, then take off Xray and head up to top level (Cass office level), I use rocket launcher and take out the three guys as I pass by them, head up to very top with RL out, as soon as it unfreezes, take out far two by secret blow up wall, spin and kill lightswitch lady, then other by ramp, as you head up ramp, and then take out last one by Cass (sometimes she dies anyways from other explosions). Hopefully you don't get stuck on Cass...even so, it's only a second or two lost. Switch to double DY357-LX, before you hit the first ramp you should see the ship, take it out on the run and head up to the pad. End
Not sure about TTs, but it's all pretty straightforward anyways, the only problems are the computer press which is pretty random, and getting passed Cass, other than that, it's all pretty simple.
