After a little more help from Shade, I managed a :55.83 on CI A after 4 :56s and 4 :57s. I'm definitely not going for better. That run was hard.

I learned NOT to skip the first speech and learned how to double crouch. Woo

And 53 extraction is indeed cake on PAL, although not many have tried for it...
