This was 1:36 potential :// I got stuck about 0.3 at one of the last turns and also ONE WHOLE SECOND ON THE LAST WALL OMFG (the very last one). Could be like high 1:36 or 1:37 for damn sure :/ Anyway, I'm sticking with this for a while. Fun level to play tho :P

That happened to me in an Infil Agent 1:13 run too (it's on the tape I've already sent). I know perfectly how you feel.

Every time I'm logged in on MSN, everyone is gone or having lunch or something like that. For example: right now I'm logged in, but you're away lunching. And I don't have AIM.

How fucking pathetic, I got this in like 15 minutes, after having 0:34 as my PR for half an year. First time I threw tracer bug correctly in the session, first completion. :lol

Expect 28 soon. Nice 5 second cut though, 38 points gained. :rollin

From "one of my worst times" to "one second away from the World Record" in 15 minutes, how would you feel.

Edit: How could I forget, from nothing to 3rd in Chicago leaderboard.

Im having some trouble on Extraction PA. I can get to the bodyguards, but then they waste me due to low health. If anyone can post some tips of how i can keep more health that would be great. Thanks.

If you're having problems with the helicopter before the final room, you just have to be faster and run away from it (it's normal to get shot a little tho). And if it's getting you by the end, just shoot the RL in first function as fast as you can.

And if you don't aim for records, just hide and wait till the best chance to beat it ;p

1:38.08 AF1 PA. It's worth a good amount of points.

But...It was a horrible, god-awful run. I've been a little of THUG2 and just got back to playing PD and wanted to do my favorite level. So I don't care how bad I mess up, I'll still do it.

Well, I got a decent run, dumbwaiter (Is that the right name for it?) at 14.1 or so, then a good run to the Pres. The Pres I messed up on royally though. I didn't get him next to the door. I messed up and he was touching the table.

Good run after that though. I know I can get 1:36 on this though! And maybe 1:29 on SA...

EDIT: 1:36!! Stuckage sucks. I'll be going for 1:35.

I was lying around on Extraction Agent and managed some good starts, 15.7 Obj 1 fade very often. But then I found out that I just <can't> strafe properly on the stairs :/

I watched YE's 0:50 and he seems to do it very smoothly. If anyone can help me, telling like which buttons to press and stuff, I'd appreciate. Thanks.

For the first set of stairs, I'm holding C-up, C-left and right on the control stick. For the second set I'm holding C-up, C-right and left on the control stick.

It doesn't matter what line you take up the stairs, because you always rotate the same amount. You're best to just let off the strafe button at the 180s (a small bit).

You're probably correct about letting off strafe. But the way I strafe is faster because you can open the next door sooner. For example, strafing the first stairs in right strafe is slower because you'll be right next to the door when you open it.

Hum thanks, I'll try that. I was doing the first set on left strafe and 2nd in right strafe as you said, YE. But on the 180 turns I was using the opposite strafe, and then switched to the 'main' strafe again.

Like C-up, C-left, right stick. On the turn: change to C-up, C-right, right stick. After the turn: change to C-up, C-left, right stick again, etc.

And also, what's a good TT for opening the first brown door (up the stairs)? My best yesterday was high 32, but since my stairs was crap, I can probably get mid-low 32 if I learn it.

on my 51, i did like this:
i always looked to the center of the stairs
for ex, on the first set:
went in left, turned to right on the turn, and then left again
always turning right all the time
and switch everything for the other stairs =P
but i think then i would be close to the brown door, like YE said

I'd assume a very low 2:25

This level is just too weird for me. YE had a 1:16 door to X-ray on his 2:20 (let's assume 2:21 since it was a very high one). I should have had at least 2:24 then, hence my end was very smoothly. But I lost a whole second somewhere ;/

Anyways, not taped cuz my sister borrowed the VCR to someone, I should get it back by tomorrow.

messed up a little on techie and on the strafe afterwards
mid 1:18 first door to xray
didn't kill the keycard guy from far (missed him

)
had to dodge a few guards on the way back
door closed and a good stuck on it
okish end

As you can notice, a huge number of mess-ups there. Time for improvement ;p
